Items pick up TBD at our facility in Columbia City By signing in to receiving a bid number via Proxib you are entering into a legal contract to adhere to all the terms of this auction. The Final bid on each item will be the hammer price and all other fees will be assessed and and invoice sent to you reflecting the final Total Owed. At the conclusion of the auction the credit card you place on Proxibid will be charged the entire invoice amount. If you need Shipping and or Special pick up times, that should be worked out completely ahead of the auction with the seller and paid for in full as determined by those two parties, previous to the sale. If no arrangements have been made then the sole responsibility of the transfer falls on the buyer. If you have not made contact as the buyer within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale to solidify pick up times the seller reserves the right to keep or re-sell the item as storage fees. If you have not made arrangements and picked up the item within two weeks of the conclusion of the auction the the item will be returned to seller and your money will not be refunded to cover storage fees. This auction is an AS/IS Buyer beware auction. You are buying what you see. There will be no refunds given after the conclusion of the auction due to any circumstance outside the unforeseen death of the animal between sale time and pick up time. While the seller stands behind the items being sold, there is no warranty implied or written after you pick up your item. Any and all issues after the conclusion of the auction will be handled between the buyer and the seller and the auction company will not be held liable for any discrepancies. Payment in the form of Debi/Credit Card is expected at the conclusion of the sale Buyers Premium: 15% You are expected to pick up and pay for your items during the times listed above. If you have not done so or have not made other arrangements with the auction staff within 24 hours of the final pick up window, your credit card on file at Proxibid will be charged for the product and all other fees associated with the auction. If you have not picked up your items within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction, then your items will be sold for storage fees and 100% of the proceeds will go to the auction company. If you are a customer from outside a 2 hour travel time from the auction site and you wish to pick up your items rather than have them shipped, you must contact the auction staff before the auction or within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction to notify us of your pick up intentions or it will be assumed you want us to ship them. If you are a customer who requires shipping, your items will be packed and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Product will be shipped to the shipping address on file with Proxibid, unless you notify the auction company within 12 hours of the conclusion of the auction. There is no additional fee for packing your items if they are small enough to ship Fed Ex, we charge you what they charge us. We will bill your card on file with Proxibid for your shipping and product within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction unless you notify us of other intentions prior to the auction. If your purchase is too large to ship Fed Ex Express, we will take it to a 3rd party shipping company to have it shipped and bill your card for those packing and shipping fees once we are invoiced by them. If you refuse shipment you will still be expected to pay for the items and shipping fees.
