Measures 18.5"X14.5" when unfolded. Two holes have been punched through brochure but still in good condition for its age and size.

Great example of a early Twin City brochure. Featuring a beautifully colored front cover, does have a little blemish in the top right corner possibly from a sticker. Contains 40 pages with a nicely colored Twin City tractor in the center. There are some signs of wear, center page has pulled away from the staples. Overall this book is in great shape.
