You agree to reimburse O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC its costs of collecting any amount owed you do not pay, including reimbursing O'Brien Auctioneers for its actual attorney fees incurred in attempting to collect any unpaid amount. You consent to jurisdiction in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court for resolution of any dispute between you and O'Brien Auctioneers, LLC related to this Auction. Wisconsin Sales Tax Laws apply to all purchases. Outagamie County Sales Tax is 5.5%. Shipping Instructions: AUCTION LOCATION: 600 E. Hancock Street, Appleton WI 54914 Winning bidders are required to make their own arrangements for the transportation. All Shipping & handling costs are the winning bidder's responsibility. All items must be removed by February 15, 2022 unless other arrangements have been made with Mach IV Motors OR Auction Company. IF YOU FAIL to remove your bikes within 30 days and make no CONCRETE arrangements with the auction company or Mach IV, you will be charged $10/bike/day for storage.

IF THE DESCRIPTION SAYS "TITLE: NO", THERE IS NO TITLE, THERE WILL NEVER BE A TITLE, YOU WILL NOT GET A TITLE. Inspection: The property is available for public inspection. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property.
