All Shipping & handling costs are the winning bidder's responsibility. All items must be removed by Monday, November 15, 2021 unless other arrangements have been made with Mach IV Motors OR Auction Company. IF YOU FAIL to remove your bikes within 30 days and make no CONCRETE arrangements with the auction company or Mach IV, you will be charged $10/bike/day for storage.

It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and other attributes of the property. O'brien Auctioneers LLC, may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction, but makes no representation. In no event shall O'Brien Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any assurance of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidders shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off-site and are not present at the live auction understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
