By bidding on auction items, you agree to these terms: All items will be sold "as is where is." There are no warranties or guarantees implied by the sellers or the auction company. Nothing can be removed from the auction site until settled for with the auction company. Olson Pearson Auction has put forth every effort in preparing for this auction. Printed and oral statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item prior to bidding. If the bidder has any questions prior to the auction, they should feel free to call or ask. If you bid, you buy it. Don't call us a day later asking if the item can be returned. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A four percent (4%) buyer's premium will be added to each online successful bid. SALES TAX: Nebraska, sales tax of five and a half percent (5.5%) will be collected on items sold to live bidders. There is no sales tax on absentee bid purchases shipped out of state. Out-of-state absentee buyers are responsible for complying with their home sales tax. VEHICLE TITLES: Vehicle titles will not be sent until the buyer's check has cleared. Please allow ten (10) working days after payment has been received for title to be sent. REMOVAL OF ITEMS: The successful bidder has until August 8, 2018, at 5 P.M. to remove the items purchased. If items are not removed by this date, they will be forfeited to the auction company.
