Some lots have to remain till May 31st as the call center is still shutting down - these lots can be removed starting on May 31st or later by appointment. Please request additional information or pictures if uncertain on any item. Requests should be made 48 hours before close of auction and prior to bidding. Bid retractions are not allowed and all sales are final. Some items are on 1st floor some items are on 2nd floor - 2 stair wells and 1 elevator will be used to allow bidders to remove their items. (elevator can hold 1 desk and takes 30 sec to reach floor) When bidding on choice - the winners of the lower lot numbers get 1st choice Florida sales tax will be charged unless a current FLORIDA Sales tax resale certificate is presented at registration. Some items will require professionals or riggers to un install, this responsibility and expense is to be arranged and paid by the winning bidder. Bidders that cause damage will be held responsible.
