If Bidder believes that an unauthorized person has placed a bid on the Bidder’s account, Bidder must notify the Auctioneer immediately by sending an e-mail to info@landofland.com. Bidders must also promptly report the incident to the relevant law enforcement authorities and send the Auctioneer a copy of any resulting police report; otherwise, Bidder will be held personally responsible for all purchases. BIDDER CONSENTS TO EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN THE STATE COURTS OF NEW JERSEY OR BINDING ARBITRATION AT AUCTIONEER’S OPTION AND AT BIDDER'S EXPENSE.
