Item Details
Shipping costs will be charged separately the day following the close of the auction. In addition to the ACTUAL cost of shipping, winning bidders who take advantage of our shipping option will pay a handling fee of $3 per lot with a maximum of $30 up to 30 items, or an additional $30 will be charged. All shipping will take place in-house through USPS, and All American Sales & Auctions, LLC will make every attempt to combine shipping. Winning bidders, who are having their items shipped, are encouraged to contact the auctioneer to request postal insurance, if desired. Orders over $300 will have insurance automatically added. Lost items or damage during shipping is not the responsibility of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC, and returns/refunds will not be issued for any reason. Please request insurance if you are concerned about lost items or damage during shipping. For shipping purposes, please check that the address on file is the correct shipping address.
Payment
All winning bidders, who do not opt for local pickup, will be invoiced and automatically billed, to the credit card on file, by noon on the day following the close of the auction. Buyers who do not pickup locally during the regular pickup hours, will be automatically billed to the credit card on file and no 3% discount will be applied. This invoice will reflect the purchase total, buyer’s premium, and a 5.5% sales tax for Wisconsin residents. Buyers who are unable to do local pickup will have their items automatically shipped on the day following the close of the auction. Shipping charges will show up as a secondary charge to the credit card on file. The 3% cash discount applies only to bidders who pick up locally and pay by cash or check. Any special requests must be made prior to 5:30am CST on the day following the close of the auction.
*Credit Cards are processed through the APN network. If a credit card is declined, the buyer will be charged a $25 processing fee*
LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Winning bidders who wish to pick up their items locally should notify All American Sales & Auctions, LLC, by email or phone, PRIOR to the close of the timed-online auction.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the age, condition, value, genuineness, and any other determinative factor about an item. Cultural items up for auction are intended for a historical basis, and in no way reflect the views or opinions of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be applied according to local, state, and federal regulations. Winning bidders who are tax exempt must provide their tax exempt number to the Proxibid prior to invoicing.
Unclaimed items will be stored by the auction company at a rate of $1 per day per lot for no longer than 30 days following the close of the auction. After 30 days, these items will become the property of All American Sales & Auctions, LLC. No refunds, credits or charge back’s will be granted due to a lack of removal at the designated times.
Computer Glitch:If at any point we experience a computer glitch or technical problems, AASA reserves the right to restart the sale, even if items have closed.
