Purchasers of post - 1898 firearms must provide a copy of a Federal Firearms License or pass a mandated 4473 BGC. Due to Colorado Passing the 3 day waiting period plus a myriad of gun control legislation PAC will no longer be performing back ground checks at our 43 S. Main Street Location. FFL pickups and shipping will still occur at our location . DMG Arms will be performing the BCG's next door at 37 S. Main street. Cost will be $75 flat rate for one gun or more. Background checks must be submitted By Saturday following the auction. Due to storage issues items left over 7 days post auction will incur a $5 per day storage fee. No ammunition shipments to AK/HI/P.R./V.I. CT: We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship. IL: No ammunition shipments to the City of Chicago. All other areas in IL require FOID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship. NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card faxed or scanned and emailed to use on file BEFORE ordering. NY: We can ship to companies in NY registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. We cannot ship to New York City proper or Five Boroughs. Washington DC: No shipping. ***Ammunition will be shipped UPS with adult signature required. Be sure to track your package. We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local laws to ship product. You also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee.
