All post - 1898 firearms must be sold and purchased in compliance with state and federal law. Purchasers of post - 1898 firearms must provide a copy of a Federal Firearms License or pass a mandated 4473 BGC. If you pick up your firearms in person there will be a flat $20 BGC fee no matter how many firearms you purchase. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C&R LICENSES. CONDITION OF FIREARMS. PAC makes no warranties or representations whatsoever and no employee or consultant of PAC has the authority to do otherwise, concerning the operation of firing condition, fitness for use, safety to store, or reliability, of any firearm, ammunition, or parts. Use of any firearm or ammunition purchased from PAC is entirely at the user's risk. PAC strongly recommends that all weapons, ammunition, etc. purchased at auction be examined by a competent gunsmith. PAC expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident, injury or damage resulting to any person from the storage or subsequent use of any such lot. PAC will NOT be performing 4473 Background checks at our location. DMG arms right next door @ 37 S. Main will be performing the BCG's for this auction. With the upcoming waiting period and work load we already have this will likely be our new policy. BCG fee will be $50 flat rate for up to 3 firearms the $5 per additional firearm on the same 4473. Shipping and FFL pickups will still take place at our 43 S. Main location. SHIPPING AMMO. We cannot ship to PO boxes. No ammunition shipments to AK/HI/P.R./V.I. CT: We require state issued pistol permit, long gun certificate, or ammunition certificate AND driver’s license faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship. IL: No ammunition shipments to the City of Chicago. All other areas in IL require FOID faxed or scanned and emailed to us and on file BEFORE we can ship. NJ: We require firearms/ammunition ID card faxed or scanned and emailed to use on file BEFORE ordering. NY: We can ship to companies in NY registered as a FFL. We will need a copy of their FFL on file. We cannot ship to New York City proper or Five Boroughs. Washington DC: No shipping. ***Ammunition will be shipped UPS with adult signature required. Be sure to track your package. We do not ship to any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local laws to ship product. You also understand that if I attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to paying a 10% cancellation fee.
