ALL Items must be removed no later than FRIDAY, JAN. 28th by 4:00 PM. Any items not picked up by Friday will be considered ABANDONED with NO REFUND to Buyer.
If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.
