The farm will be split into 6 tracts. Tracts 1-5 will be offered at the Buyer’s Choice Method of auction. Tract 6 with the home and outbuildings will sell last as a lump sum money after the sale of Tracts 1-5. The tracts will not be tied back together in any form or fashion and will remain assigned to the winning bidder. The farm will sell subject to Seller confirmation.
