All Items Sold as is where is, subject to seller's confirmation (some items will be sold offsite) with no warranties expressed or implied. Any item is subject to being pulled from the auction up to and including day of the auction for any reason that Auction Company deems fit.

Buyer's Premium is tiered (sliding scale, compounding). 8% for the first $15,000, and 5% on remainder. All premiums are based on the onsite and cash discounts being incurred. Online buyer's fee add 3% and all balances processed on credit cards will incur an additional 4%.
All items are expected to be picked up within 10 business days. Any items not picked up within the described window and/or prior arrangements have not been made and acknowledged with Auction Company in writing, then the item will be subject to all transportation, handling fees and storage fees and the items will be retagged and resold at the Auction Companies digression through the auction process, and at the new owner's expense. All fees and charges including storage and commissions will be deducted from the sales price and the balance will be sent to them in the form of a company check mailed to their address on file.
