Terms- Cash with 10% non refundable down payment due day of auction with the balance due at closing which will take place on or before the 28th of November 2022. Physica...morel possession will take place on January 1, 2023. Title insurance and closing service fees will be split 50/50 between buyer and seller. Property is being sold as is where is and will not be contingent upon inspections or financing. Sellers will retain any and all rents due for 2022. Sellers will be responsible for 2022 real estate taxes. Online bidders will be subject to 1% buyers premium. Onsite bidders will not be subject to buyers premium of any kind.
