Pieper, Auctioneer and employees, and their sellers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Buyers are responsible for any costs incurred to prepare their item(s) for transport and or/shipping. This includes but is not necessarily limited to the cost of rigging, disassembly, special loading requirements, transport, packaging, insurance and all other costs related to physical transfer of their item(s). Pieper Auctions LLC, Melv J. Pieper, Auctioneer is providing internet auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may not function correctly day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Pieper Auctions LLC, Melv J. Pieper, Auctioneer or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Pieper Auctions LLCM, Melv J. Pieper, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Pieper Auctions, LLC, Melv J. Pieper, Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
