Buyer's Premium: There is 5% buyer's premium on the real estate at this sale paid directly to Clark Auction Company, LLC. Announcements: All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all previously written advertisements or any prior written or verbal terms of sale. Seller reserves the right to withdraw property from auction at any time.
