I certify that I have carefully examined the purchase contract included in the due diligence packet provided by Higgenbotham Auctioneers and agree to execute same upon receipt at fax number ___________________ and immediately return to HAI at fax #863-644-6686. The Contract Purchase Price reflected will be the equivalent of your highest bid PLUS a 10.75% Buyer’s Premium. I understand the contract in the packet is a draft for review purposes and that the contract faxed immediately following the auction will include legal descriptions of the property purchased and all pertinent terms of the purchase agreement, and will be subject to all announcements made at the auction.

A deposit of $ 5,000.00 per lot or $ 10,000.00 per Commercial property (Made Payable to Joseph J. Nolan P.A.) will be required in order to be qualified to bid. Deposit check with this completed registration form must be received in the office of Higgenbotham Auctioneers 24 hours in advance of auction.

Should you be the high bidder, a deposit totaling 5% of the Contract Purchase Price (The difference between the required deposit above and the 10% of the high bid) will be due in the office of Higgenbotham Auctioneers within 48 hours following the auction. Checks should be made payable to Joseph J. Nolan P.A. . If you are not the high bidder, your deposit check will immediately be returned to you.
