All purchases must be settled for, IN FULL, within 72 hours of closing of auction. Applicable TN sales tax applied unless proper farm, resale, or other tax exempt status certification presented at time of registration. Payment types accepted are cash, check, PayPal, or wire transfer. All equipment purchase checks must be made payable to RLM Land and Auction Firm #5262. Checks returned and or otherwise dishonored are subject to $30.00 processing fee. If using PayPal, there will be an extra 3% charge added to your invoice. All items sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS condition with no warranties expressed or implied. Successful bidder immediately responsible for item(s) purchased. All purchased items must be removed within 2 weeks of closing of auction unless special arrangements are made with Auctioneer. 12% Buyer's premium.
