All purchases must be paid with good negotiable U.S funds by Tuesday at 5:00pm following the auction. You may pay by cash, company or business check, wire transfers, or credit cards (please note the credit cards will have an additional 3% processing fee). All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyers premium. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid. All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title it will be noted so, titles will be mailed by certified mail 10-14 business days after auction. Buyer is responsibly for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt or bill of sale that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers. Buyer will be responsible for paying a 6.25% tax on all items unless proper identification is shown for tax exempt items. Firearms will be sent to our local FFL dealer, buyer will be responsible for passing a background check for a fee of $25 at our local dealer or you may ship the firearm to your local FFL dealer. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees. You must be 18 Y.O to purchase a rifle and 21 Y.O to purchase a pistol.
