Payment Instructions: Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions as a prerequisite for the Land of Land (“Auctioneer”) to accept the Bidder's Registration and to issue a Bidder Number. The Payment Due will the final 'hammer' price plus, per Auction Lot won, the auction premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee. Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction. Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed. Bidder agrees that insufficient available funds to pay the full Payment Due shall not be a valid defense for non-payment. An Auction Lot that calls for financing will require the Bidder to enter into an agreement with complete terms and conditions.
