Payment
10% of high bid must be paid by 6:00pm on Friday, June 21st on your card you signed up with on proxibid unless you email or call with other payment. Balance due at closing within 45 days at which time a deed will be delivered. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards, and Money order or Cashiers Check! Successful bidders will be emailed an invoice at the end of the live auction. The total due will include: (1) your final bid price, (2) the buyer's premium.
A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish available credit. NOTHING will be charged to your card until a purchase is made. Credit card chargebacks will not be accepted.
