Item Details
On February 27th, 2019, while hauling the 2019 28x50 Lexington kitchen box Craftech Building Modular Home, a fire started on the rear axle of the trailer causing smoke and some fire damage to the trailer. Some of the cabinets were removed to prevent further damage. Claim Value: $42,677. Home will need an escort for removal. The trailer must be a low boy trailer without side wheel swellings. This is just one box, not the entire home. The box contains the Kitchen, DR, Master Bedroom/bath/closet, and Bedroom 2. Note from the seller: "It is 1 box of a 2 box house, built to the Michigan residential code, based on the IRC. The box is 14' wide. It has a 16" eave overhang that we flip up for transportation, allowing us to use a 14' permit with one escort in the states in which we do business. If the overhang is left down, they will need a 16' permit. Our carriers are 30" high, which give us a loaded height of 13' 6", so we do not need an over-height permit." No storage fees apply. Removal assistance is available but additional fees will apply. Seller will help load this onto your carrier for a $400 fee. They will also need to see a picture of the carrier prior to removal to ensure they will be able to assist you. It is the buyers responsibility to secure the box to your carrier. Removal is available Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm with a 48 hour notice.

IF your bid is accepted, you will be sent an Invoice, and SITE Auction Services will reach out to you to set up payment. Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export, and import activities, and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winning Buyer.

Payment in full is required within 3 days of the invoice date.
Local sales tax applies and will be calculated by the auctioneer after the sale when applicable.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, wire transfer, or certified check. Since a 3% convenience fee is charged on all credit card purchases, we recommend paying by wire transfer for any invoices over $1,200. If your high bid is accepted, you will be emailed wire transfer instructions. All items invoiced will be charged to card on file after 72 hours without prior arrangements.
