Payment Instructions: If you are paying by credit card, you will have to give us your card information within 48 hours after the auction. We are no longer able to charge your card on file with proxibid. If you wish to pay by cash, check, or money order, please let us know at least 24 hours before sale. All checks will need to clear before items will ship [approx. 7 days] In most cases you will receive an invoice for the items purchased at auction. An additional charge for shipping will be charged to your credit card after items have shipped. All Ohio bidders will be charged a sales tax

Shipping Instructions: All items will be shipped within 3 days, of receipt of payment. We ship US Postal priority mail with mail confirmation. If you require insurance or an alternate method of shipping, please inform us at least 24 hours before the auction. We pack all items with safe shipping in mind. We will attempt to do it with your cost in mind. Bulk items may require pick up. Frames of points ect. may be shipped without the frames. If Shipping is not included on your original invoice, your credit card will be charged when items are shipped.
Preview Date & Times: Preview 2 weeks prior to sale by appointment 5:00 to 8:00 PM the day before the sale 8:00 to 10:00 AM the morning of the sale
Checkout Date & Times: Auction checkout is at end of auction, all items must be paid for at end of auction. Proxibid buyers will have purchases charged to their credit card within 2 hours of the end of sale, unless other arrangements have been made prior to sale.
