If the bidder is an international bidder, the only form of payment will be via wire transfer, which must be received in our office by 12pm EST the day following the auction. Everything MUST be paid for in full at the conclusion of the auction. Your credit card on file will be processed for payment for your purchases by midnight on auction day. Please ensure the account number and expiration date is accurate and the card can bear the weight of your purchases. Issues with payment will result in a suspended account with us and the bidding platform. No item will be released without payment in full and until funds have cleared our bank. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge-back on his/her credit card. Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the gavel.
Invoices will be sent within one hour of the auction ending. Payment is required within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. If Payment is not received, we will charge the card on file. We are only accepting credit card payments. Invoices will contain a Pay Now button that will bring you to the checkout page. Payments made through Proxibid's payment system will incur a processing fee of 3.75% + $.75 per transaction. If your items will be shipped to you, please be sure to select the appropriate shipping method in the checkout page. If you are tax exempt, and you see sales tax on your invoice, please reach out to payments@proxibid.com to verify tax exempt status.
Transactions of $5,000.00+ we would prefer to transact with an ACH payment, however this is not a requirement. We will reach out via phone to discuss this with you after the auction has ended.
“Paid in Full” Invoices will be emailed after payment has been received. Please use the “My Proxibid” feature to review your won lots and understand the charges accumulating through the auction.
If you bid $100.00, at checkout your card will be charged $118.00 plus sales tax based on the location of the auction.

We are a reseller of USED material and all Lots should be assumed to be the case unless noted as New. We do not and cannot guarantee nor warranty any item. For each item we bring to auction, it is bidder responsibility to determine condition, value, or any other factor; we make no representations to any aforementioned criteria, and all titles and descriptions are statements of opinion. In no event shall we be responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Each item has multiple detailed photographs and are described as what we see; please use your own expertise when bidding. We strongly encourage you to ask if you seek further details.
