Removal of equipment will Not Be Permitted During the sale.Every Buyer Must Register Prior to Bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL upon the Auctioneer Crying ‘SOLD’! An announcement of the removal time frame will be announced at the start and end of the auction. There will be No Exceptions to the time frame Given. If your purchases are not removed within the allotted time we will dispose of them and you will be liable for all expenses incurred in removal and disposal of your abandoned equipment. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy! All Sales Taxes Must be collected at the time of the sale. IF You are Tax Exempt Please provide our cashier a legible, signed copy of your exemption certificate when you register. We cannot exempt you from sales tax based on your promise of faxing a certificate to our office.
