All Lots are pre-owned unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, everything is sold “as is,” with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. We attempt to provide accurate descriptions, condition assessments and quality images of each Lot. However, occasionally a Lot may be misdescribed or an aspect of it’s condition not included. Additions or changes to a Lot may be made up until the start of the auction. The absence of a condition assessment does not imply that the Lot is free from damage and/or wear. Information provided is our best informed opinion and does not imply a guarantee. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to study each description/image, reach out with specific questions to verify any information, attend an in-person preview, and ultimately form their own opinion overall. If you are still unsure, don’t bid on a Lot.
Online auction purchases may be subject to sales tax. If you are tax-exempt, you may submit your tax-exempt certificate. By bidding in this auction, a Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined, which shall supersede all other terms and conditions (e.g., Visa). If a dispute arises, it will be handled in-house and the decision binding.
