1. Auction Participation

• To bid at a Showtime Auctioneers event, you must first register as a bidder.

• By registering and bidding, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

• All bids are legally binding. If you are the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction, you are the Purchaser of the Lot.

2. Bidder Responsibilities

• Buyers must conduct their own due diligence regarding the description, condition, and legality of any Lots.

• The Auctioneer makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of descriptions, illustrations, or information related to the Lots.

• All Lots are sold "as is" without warranties.

• The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid, split or combine Lots, or withdraw Lots from the sale at its discretion.

1. Payment and Fees

• The Buyer agrees to pay the full Hammer Price plus applicable commission and any other fees.

• A Buyer?s Premium (typically a percentage of the Hammer Price) will be added to the final price of the Lot.

• Payment must be made immediately after the auction ends unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, or check (subject to approval).

• Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to charge late fees and interest if payment is not received by the due date.

1. Title to the Lot passes to the Buyer only upon full payment of the Hammer Price and any other applicable charges.

2. All Lots remain the responsibility of the Vendor until payment is received. Once full payment is made, the Buyer assumes full risk and responsibility for the Lot.

Sales Tax Terms for Showtime Auctioneers Registered Buyers

1. Taxes

• The Buyer is responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or other taxes applicable to the purchase of the Lot.

• If applicable, sales tax will be added to the Hammer Price at the prevailing rate in the jurisdiction of the auction.

***FOR DOMESTIC BUYERS***

If you are eligible for tax exemption, kindly forward a copy of the relevant document to accounting@showtimeauctioneers.com. Upon receipt of all pertinent sales tax documents, we will promptly exclude the applicable sales tax and issue an updated invoice.

***FOR EXPORT BUYERS***

Please note that sales tax will only be waived upon receipt of a bill of lading, serving as evidence of out-of-country export. Kindly forward any bill of ladings to info@showtimeauctioneers.com.

1. All Lots must be picked up within 14 business days of the auction date unless otherwise stated.

2. If a Lot is not picked up within 14 business days, Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to charge a storage fee of $35.00 per day for each additional day the Lot remains uncollected.

3. After 30 calendar days, if the Lot has not been picked up, Showtime Auctioneers reserves the right to resell the Lot at a future auction. A 10% commission will be charged on the sale of the resold Lot, and any storage fees accumulated will be deducted from the sale proceeds.

4. The Buyer agrees that Showtime Auctioneers is not responsible for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the Lot after the 14-day period.
