OTHER FEES: A document preparation fee of not less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per Lot will be charged on all titled items Titles for purchased items will be delivered within 45 days after full payment. A document preparation fee will apply, and taxes may be collected unless exemption documentation is provided. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card – NO EXCEPTIONS. SPECIAL TERMS: Bidders who bid from off-site & are not present at the live auction or preview equipment before the auction understand & acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. AUCTION SITE: The auction site is potentially dangerous, and bidders attend at their own risk. Once the auctioneer accepts a bid, the buyer assumes risk for the item and is required to obtain liability insurance if needed Bidders and any accompanying guest indemnify Sold Auction Co and Auctioneer against any claims or damages related to the purchase or use of auction goods. Auctioneer will make every effort to provide Bidder with information that is deemed to be accurate but in no way guarantees the accuracy of the information. Any clerking error or omission, printing error or omission, serial numbers or description discrepancies including make, model or year, fuel type, engine type or any other error or omission made by Auctioneer shall not invalidate any sale of any Lot. Bidder acknowledges that it is Bidders sole responsibility to verify make, model, year, fuel type, serial number or any other information that a Bidder deems necessary & Bidder has satisfied all inquiries prior to any bidding. DISCREPENCIES: Sold Auction Company shall not be held responsible for any “missed” bids or bids unseen by the auctioneer. The Auction may be recorded via digital audio &/or video recording. Should audio or video recordings become inaudible or damaged, the recorded results transcribed by the auctioneer clerk shall become the sole determining factor on the final lot price if a dispute arises over the sale price of a lot. The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser’s failure to adhere to these terms.
