Soviet Russian World War II 1938 Dated PEM M91/30 Sniper Scope. This scope is extremely rare in the US. This scope was produced in 1938 by Factory No. 357 "Progress" in Leningrad Soviet Union. Only 31,501 scopes were produced there before production began in Kharkov, Ukraine at Factory No. 3. The optics are very clear on this scope and most likely went through an arsenal rebuild after World War II. The black Painted rings are a sign of arsenal rebuild. This scope was picked up by our very own Jason Bryant in Poland. Scope is in excellent condition with very clear optics. Similar scopes like this have sold on Gunbroker for $1500 +.
