Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Speckmann Realty and Auction Service, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Speckmann Realty and Auction Service, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the auction company, clerks and owners free of any liabilities in the event of theft, fire or acts of nature. No items are to be removed from premises without full settlement. Possession of titles to buyers will take approximately 2 weeks after receipt of full payment.
