Shipping Instructions: LOADING & REMOVAL: Once an item is sold the winning bidder is responsible for its removal. Any cost responsibility and risk of removal of purchases remain with the buyer. Removal may begin after payment in full and must be completed by the posted deadlines. Buyers for all items located in Nashville have 30 days following the close of the sale to remove their items. After that date, rent will be charged. The buyer of lot #30 in Jacksonville, FL has 2 weeks to pick up the truck. NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS! After full payment is received, Auctioneer will send a release to the buyer, describing the purchased material and the name and contact information at the station where the equipment is located. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the manager and coordinate the pick up.

Checkout Date & Times: Contact the station manager at the numbers provided on the Equipment Release form. Buyers have 30 days to pick up items in Nashville and 14 day to pick up items in Jacksonville.
