We really enjoy buying and selling the stuff from our childhood li...moreke this lovely example of Kawasaki's version of the trail bike. The Kawasaki MT1 was manufactured from 1971 to 1975. Riding the KV75 is a blast the automatic 3-speed transmission is easy to operate and the single cylinder two stroke engine produces a non-intimidating 4.2 HP @6500 rpm. The MT / KV75 was designed to be easy to travel with as it featured fold down handlebars so that parents could easy stow the bike in the trunks of most vehicles.The paint is very nice as well as the other details. This...more 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 R/T badges and Hemi stripe added for the vintage Mopar look and she is sporting a powerful 5.7L HEMI V8 and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. This truck is in good shape even though it has a lot of miles it runs and drives very well. The front end has been rebuilt making it drive nice. It has new headlights making the front end look nice as well. We even used it to tow a couple cars and we have ran some errands for a few weeks. The truck does ok towing but we would not recommend heavy loads. It's almost hard to believe that the odometer says 285k miles because this truck is still running and looking good. This 1969 Chevrolet long wheel base fleetside C10 has a 350ci V8 with finned aluminum valve covers an aluminum intake manifold topped with a 4bbl carb and headers backed by an automatic transmission. This classic truck was equipped with ac from the factory but is missing most of the components now but still has power steering and brakes. Our C10 also has the full body side moldings front bumper guards original hubcaps and whitewall tires giving it the stock look especially in the factory green and white two tone paint scheme. This is like a blank canvas as You could of course drive it and use it as is or start a cool resto-mod as well. It is a solid foundation that is ready for the adventure. This 1926 Ford Model T has a 177ci inline 4-cylinder engine with a 2-speed planetary transmission. This is the forerunner to the Model A and the whole mass production vehicle development. These vehicles are pretty basic once you get over the difference between a normal modern transmission and the planetary transmission. This vehicle once cranked is waiting to move forward. You move the lever on your left forward a little to disengage the emergency brake about halfway puts the transmission in low. Then you can press the first pedal on the left to engage the clutch and allow the vehicle to move forward at increasing speed as pressed. The vehicle is not really going to go over about 40. This speed would be uncomfortable even as these vehicles are a rough ride. The middle pedal will engage the reverse and the far right is the brake. However it is always a good idea in a Model T to slow down ahead of time by lowering the acceleration you are applying. The brakes are not even close to the stopping power of modern power anti-lock brakes. The beauty to these basic systems is they are easy to find the problem when something does go wrong. Also with less components in a system there are less chances for things to go wrong. Things like a gravity feed to bring you gas to the carburetor means its on or off. No chance for clogged filters or fuel pump going out. Another learning curve is the two levers on the column at the base of the steering wheel. The left is spark advance and the right is throttle. The throttle is fairly easy to understand being as it just adds more gas. However be aware these vehicles flood fairly easy. So you have to slowly adjust them. Increasing the throttle lever helps speed increase when the pedal is fully engaged and having the hand brake lever on the left all the way forward in high. The ride in one of these is very rigid and with increasing the speeds the ride can get increasingly less comfortable. These cars are not practical for the highways and speeds of today's society. However this type of vehicle will likely outlast your children and could be a fun vehicle in a small town or on a ranch. This particular units paint on the driver side rear fender has some spots missing. The vehicle drove fine up and down our half mile driveway reaching about 20 mph tops. This 1936 Ford 5-Window Coupe has a 221ci Flathead V8 with a 3-speed manual transmission. There are not to many bells and whistles on this old car but it feels wonderful driving down the driveway. This car has sat outside of our showrooms for a few months. Unfortunately todays pump gas is honestly trash and breaks down after a few months of sitting. This causes problems with carburetors. This one was clogged with gunk inside. So we finally made a point to take it apart and clean it. I am happy we did. The car felt amazing going up and down the driveway and gave me a great feeling. Seeing any of these classics sit without attention because of a problem can be disheartening. This car will make a great cruiser as is. It is at a great point. Welcome to StreetDreamsTexas as we motor into our 26th year in the classic automobile business. We are known as the place to go for cool trucks. Offered here is a good old short wheel base Stepside F-1 truck slightly modified for better driving by upgrading the drive train to a more modern V8 automatic transmission with a great looking LOKAR shifter and later model rear end. The body is in pretty good shape over all but take notice to the photos as there are a few minor rust issues. It has a good patina look all over. The underbody is in good condition with new mufflers and tail pipes exhausting a nice mellow tone from the powerful 351 ci V8. With a new style Edelbrock 4bbl carb. The interior is nice and tasteful with a new headliner and gray seat cover. It rides on a wider set of steelies with BF Goodrich t/a radials for better handling. This is a way cool classic truck ready to drive as is or improve more to your liking. It reminds me of Sanford & Son.
