This is a farm, ranch and construction equipment consignment auction. This sale includes consignments from farmers, ranchers, financial institutions,government agencies, and individuals.

Payment Instructions: We will email you an invoice, usually the morning following the end of the sale. Payment must be made within 3 business days of the auction. Cash or Personal Checks accepted. Contact us for information for wire transfers. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, & Discover credit cards. There will be a 3.50 % administrative fee on all credit card purchases. 6.75% Sales Tax will be charged to both In State and Out of State buyers, unless buyers furnish a Resale Certificate. Texas buyers who want to claim a Farm Use Exemption on farm equipment must present a valid Texas Agriculture Registration Number, along with a signed Texas Agricultural Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. Texas charges a 1.5% Heavy Duty Diesel Tax on off-road diesel equipment of 50 hp or more. If the purchase is for resale or farm use, this tax does not apply. A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on items purchased up to $2500 in addition to the Online Fee of 5%. There will be a $50 Document Fee on any licensed, titled or bill of sale vehicle including trailers and ATV's.

NO WARRANTY or Guarantee is expressed or implied and each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the Auctioneer declares the item sold. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 72 HOURS (END OF BUSINESS TUESDAY) AND SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS MADE. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
