We will not be open for pickup on Tuesday past 11am, this is a bonus day to accomodate some people to get a few things out early. Please bring the tools, help, equipment, boxes and vehicle you need to take your items with you. There are items located in different areas throughout the property. Some walking may be required. Our staff is not permitted to assist with loadout, please bring plenty of help to assist you with loading and carrying. 4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. Keep in mind that some, most or all of these items are used and may have scratches, dents, dings, holes, funky odors, etc. We do our best to point out flaws, but occasionally we will miss some damage. 5. Unless otherwise agreed, Customer shall fulfill the duties of Crane User, Lift Director and Site Supervisor as well as provide Signal Person(s) and Rigger(s) in accordance with 29 CFR 1926 subpart CC and ASME B30.5 – 2007. 2. If the load is not in full view of the operator at all times a Certified Signal Person is required and may be provided by Barnhart 3. Free and clear access to work area with sufficient area for set-up and operation of Barnhart equipment. 4. No mechanical installation or removal labor is included and all equipment shall be free of fluids. 5. Buyer shall provide suitable ground conditions for the equipment to be supplied. 6. This offer is based upon one mobilization of equipment & personnel each way. 7. Liquidated and consequential damages are specifically excluded and shall not be accepted by Barnhart. 8. Property insurance for the Buyer’s equipment shall be provided by Buyer’s insurance policy. 9. Imposed delays (wind, weather, site access, etc.) shall be considered extra work and billed at normal hourly rates and daily minimums. 10. Prices are firm for 30 days and subject to availability at the time of order. 11. This offer is based upon the conditions of the Barnhart Service Agreement, latest revision. 12. Net 30 days, no retainage. Interest may be charged at the rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% annual rate) on past due accounts after 30 days from the invoice date. All hoisting will be done within the confines of the load chart. 16. Routine maintenance (greasing) time to be allowed during normal work time, or may be billed at 1/2 hour overtime for operator per day. 17. Damage to our equipment by others on site will be billed at repair cost. 18. Damage to our rigging due to misuse will be billed at replacement cost. 19. Suitable access must be provided to the site and adjacent areas to permit the equipment to approach the leave to work area under its own power. A clear area for the unrestricted operation and dismantling of the equipment shall also be provided. 20. The temporary removal or disconnection of overhead obstruction and wires must be done prior to job start. 21. You acknowledge that any driveways, parking lots and all other surfaces or structures over which equipment is to be operated on or adjacent to are of sufficient strength to withstand the weight of this equipment including placement of outriggers and accept responsibility for any damage.
