Condition: generally excellent, tiniest flake on one finger. Marks: 172 7 (head) (Kestner crown and streamer label on front torso). Comments: Kestner, circa 1910, the doll was inspired by the Gibson Girl illustrations of Charles Dana Gibson, of which the doll is a very apt model. Value Points: lovely doll with near mint original body, fine antique costume.
