Alexander, model 2035D from the "Me and My Shadow" series introduced in 1954 depicting period fashion dolls, this example suggestive of a Godey-era afternoon gown with unique color combinations.

The doll appeared in the 1956 Alexander catalog named Margot Ballerina and is a rare variation, the face model shown in the catalog and on this doll is that of Binnie.
