We will always pack your items with care to ensure a safe arrival. Extra small packages with length plus girth measuring 40' and under will be charged a $3 handling / packing materials fee. Small packages with length plus girth measuring 41' to 60' will be charged a $5 handling / packing materials fee. Medium packages with length plus girth measuring between 61' and 80' will be charged a $8 handling / packing materials fee. Large packages with length plus girth measuring between 81' and 100' will be charged a $12 handling / packing materials fee. Extra Large packages with length plus girth measuring 101' to 125' will be charged a $16 handling and packing materials fee. Jumbo packages measuring over 126' in length plus girth will be charged a $20 handling and packing materials fee. Insurance is required on orders exceeding $100

We do all shipping in-house, no need for you to contact third parties and pay exorbitant rates like many other auction houses do, we take care of you from beginning to end, it's part of the job and that's what we do. It may take up to 2 weeks to receive an invoice considering the number of items in this sale and the amount of care that will be required to carefully wrap and prepare the orders. If you are picking your order up in person, please let us know before going through the trouble of packing it up. Thank you for your interest and enjoy bidding.

We have paid due diligence to accurately describe everything sold in the catalog as to whether the items were genuine or reproduction. The vast majority is original with a few reproductions found that we clearly stated as such. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect each item or group to determine for themselves the value of each lot. We are not experts in militaria but did hire a historian with a good deal of knowledge on the subject. Nobody knows everything about anything but we have, in good faith toward our consignor and bidders, done our best to represent what is being sold today.

Large format scrapbook made from ledger with newspaper clippings and photographs relating to Spanish American War veterans activities and events. Most of the material is dated from the 1940's and is in overall good condition, pages show evidence of warping which may be a result of the adhesive used to attach the items to the book pages.
