Lubic Sales and Marketing and Ice Junktion will try to provide you with a detailed description of the items as well as several pictures so please examine the photos carefully and be fully satisfied before bidding.
Property is open to public inspection. We strongly suggest you come and check out the merchandise yourself April 29 to May 2rd 9am to 6pm before the auction to personally inspect the items you are interested in. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the condition of the item before buying it. Bidders who bid offsite and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledges that they are not able to inspect item as well as they would in person. By making a bid the bidder accepts the terms and conditions, payment and removal terms and is bound by them. They understand that when the Auctioneer says sold the item becomes their property without any exceptions. The bidder with the highest bid becomes the full and rightful owner and it becomes his full responsibility. Ice Junktion and Lubic Sales and Marketing has a right to accept and reject all bids due to any reason. All bids are final.
Account user is responsible for all bids placed whether intentional or unintentional. Bidder is responsible for all users on the account. After a bid is placed it is non-refundable. The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final.
Lubic Sales and Marketing will not be held responsible for any missed bids. We are not responsible for any damage to the item before or after it has been sold.
Lubic Sales and Marketing and Ice Junktion is providing internet live bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the sale. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Lubic Sales and Marketing and Ice Junction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Online catalog is a guide only. Lubic Sales and Marketing reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots or delete lots.
Announcements made day of sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements but do not alter in any way the terms and conditions of the sale.
