There is no sales tax charged for online sales unless you live within the boundaries of Wisconsin. If you live in Wisconsin sales tax will apply unless you have a resale number on file with Baileys Honor Auctions PRIOR TO THE SALE-NO EXCEPTIONS or it is the sale of tax exempt property. If Sales tax applies, it includes the entire transaction including the buyer fee. SALES TAX. Buyers are required to pay any applicable state and local sales tax. ALL RIGGING MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR May 5th-7th. ANY ITEMS LEFT ONSITE BEYOND MAY 7th MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL HANDLING FEES OR FORFEITURE. All lots must be removed within the time posted (APRIL 30th - MAY 3rd). Removal of all items shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser and in a manner approved by auctioneer. If for any reason the purchaser fails to remove any lot within the time specified, the lot shall be deemed abandoned, and the purchasers card on file will be charged for the item(s), applicable sales tax and buyers fees. Auctioneer may then re-sell or remove item(s) from auction site. Prior to the commencement of any dismantling, rigging or cutting or any operation affecting buildings or land, purchaser shall furnish certificates satisfactory to auctioneer, holding auctioneer harmless from any claims concerning damage or injury to persons or property arising out of any such acts. All equipment used in connection with removal shall itself be removed with the purchased lots.
