A large Japanese bronze alloy Buddhist temple Gong or Keisu with a deep sound to it. Measures approximately 19 x 19 round and sits on a painted Elmwood base. Ornate pattern design believed to be lotus roundles, clouds and famale deities. Circa. Meiji period late 19th cen.
Also has a vintage wrapped ladle with it.
Small ding noted on the side.
