Payment Instructions: We work with Proxibid's Automatic Payment Network (APN). Once you are sent an invoice we will automatically charge your card on file. Please make sure you are current with Proxibid as far as expiration dates, and balance available as we have a short window for pick-up. If you have a re-seller certificate, E-mail me the number so I can verify it prior to sending out invoices. We will have a 3 day load out only. I have to be out of the building by the 14th PM. This business is shutting down and we need to turn in the keys. Please, if you are having shippers come in for the load out, provide them a copy of your receipt and Email me their business name so I know who is coming. We DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY ship. We can ship for small items under 50 lbs and box size of 24 x 24. Please AS SOON AS YOU KNOW you won them item contact by Email one of the two names for pick up and shipping. Shipping fee will be added to this list shortly so you can pre-calculate that in as best a possible. Shipper will do a 1 time pick up for shipping. So be ready. We need to keep movement to a minimum. Checkout Date & Times: Please verify your credit cards on file and be ready. Check out is May 12, 13 and 14 by appt only! We will also need to have shippers pick up 1 time by appt. Please Email them for arrangements. They must follow COVID-19 policies also.

You are also agreeing on a no charge back policy. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is where is and that they may not return any item they purchase. USAuctions is providing Internet bidding as a service. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction and USAuctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. If you do not have your items shipped or picked up on time we will be forced to donate your goods. Please Note: LOAD OUT DATES and TIMES Are Listed: You will need to get your own courier service in order to have these oversized items shipped. Smaller items under 50 LBS and that can fit into a 24 x 24 box, I will be able to have a packer come and ship for you. We are still in COVID-19 procedures and policies therefore load outs will be scheduled in and we have only 3 days to do so. Please start to prepare now. that we are a small auction service and I've noticed that shipping has now started to become a problem. Please check the zones from which your requesting shipping. I have provided 2 emails for persons who work with us on occasion and are willing to ship at an extremely fare rate. You will need to of course pay for boxes and shipping material. You will also have to Email them direct for arrangements. Please allow at least a week to 10 days for shipping if there are special box needs as they will have to pick up the material. They will pick up and pack then call you direct for shipping payment. Since some of these items are very fragile I would recommend insurance as well. Also, they use Pal Pal. If you cannot use PayPal then they will contact me to reach out to you for your credit card payment. Please remember they do not work for me. They have a small business themselves and are willing to help you folks out. Auction will begin ending at 4 pm Pacific on Sunday, May 10th 2020. Credit Card processing will be Tuesday, May 11, 2020. (Please send any re-seller Certs on Sunday). Pick up is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (from 10 to 4) by appt. ONLY! NOTE: We must observe the Santa Clara County decisions for Social Distancing. Therefore you must contact me for a pick up time slot. Please bring your gloves and masks IRT to Covid-19 policies. We are to consider this a "CONTACT-LESS" pick-up. This is a small business, I will be the only person doing load out and I ask you come alone with a minimum amount of traffic necessary in order to do your pick ups.
