1962 Ford F100 Pickup - Less Than 1,000 Miles Since Frame Off Restoration

Lot # 16

1962 Ford F100 pickup truck. 292 V8 engine paired with a four-speed manual transmission. Nicely finished in a vibrant Rangoon Red with a black vinyl interior. Importantly...more, the truck underwent a frame-off restoration using rust-free parts. This frame and body are no longer the same pair that came together when new. The restoration was completed approximately five years ago, and since then, the truck has been driven less than 1,000 miles, primarily used for shows and light Sunday driving, ensuring its superb condition. The exterior paint quality is exceptional, appearing almost wet under light reflection, and the truck maintains a great finish. It rides on steel wheels with Ford wheel caps and radial tires. The bed is finished with a spray-in liner, and the truck features the notable large rear window, accented with brightwork. Inside, the truck retains a very stock appearance with a simple black vinyl bench seat in great condition, newly added seat belts, rubber flooring, and a classic dashboard layout. The radio appears to be an original AM unit but actually functions as an FM radio, cleverly concealed to maintain the truck’s vintage aesthetic. Other interior features such as the headliner, visors, and door panels are also in very nice condition.
