Powering this street rod is a 350 V8 engine equipped with a tri-power setu...morep, consisting of three two-barrel carburetors (“three deuces”). A TH350 automatic transmission is shifted via a floor shifter. Featuring bright shining chrome suspension components visible beneath the vehicle, disc brakes on the front wheels, and painted spoked wheels with Ford center caps and Kumho radial tires. Inside, the interior is upholstered in a neutral saddle tone, complementing the matte orange exterior. Bench seat with seat belts, and the door panels are in great condition. The dashboard includes a gauge cluster with VDO gauges, displaying oil pressure, speed, fuel level, tachometer, temperature, and voltmeter readings, all of which are functional. The steering wheel is a classic banjo style with finger grips and wood accents. Under the hood, Edelbrock ribbed aluminum valvecovers, Edelbrock tri power intake manifold, an aluminum radiator and an electric fan to ensure efficient cooling. The door handles are shaved, you can pop the door with the key fob, or hidden buttons below the car on each side just behind the doors. The trunk opens via a power switch inside. 1942 Ford Super Deluxe two-door sedan. Produced in December 1941, the car is a rare model due to the limited production caused by World War II. After many years, the vehi...morecle underwent an extensive restoration completed in 2022, with the body removed from the frame for thorough cleaning, corrosion treatment, and reassembly. The car boasts a deep cherry exterior that appears black in some lighting but reveals a rich color under sunlight. The restoration included refinishing the chrome, grille, headlight bezels, and marker lights, all of which are in great condition. Under the hood, the car remains true to its Ford heritage with a rebuilt flathead V8 engine, upgraded with Edelbrock aluminum heads and exhaust headers. It is paired with a rebuilt Ford automatic transmission with overdrive. The front suspension has been modernized with a Mustang II front end, A-arms, coil springs, and front disc brakes. An aluminum radiator has been installed with electric fans. Inside, power windows and seats, electronic climate control that blows cold AC, cruise control, and gauges from Dakota Digital. Windows are lightly tinted. To start, turn the key on and push the start button on the left side of the dash. On the road, a smooth and refined driving experience, with functioning gauges including speedometer, tachometer, oil pressure, and temperature.
