3/24/2020 UPDATE: DUE TO THE RECENT STAY AT HOME ORDER PASSED DOWN FROM OHIO GOVERNOR MIKE DEWINE, THE PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL AFTER APRIL 6th. We feel that this is our duty to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our employees and customers safe. Credit cards on file will still be processed at the conclusion of the auction and items will be secured until new pick up dates have been confirmed. Customer orders requiring shipping will be handled as originally stated in the terms & conditions. Items remaining after this time will be shipped unless buyer has notified auction company of other arrangements. Credit card required to register for auction. Credit card will be automatically charged upon completion of auction. 15% BP. Total invoice will be charged to the card on file. No payment accepted at pick up. No items released until payment in full has been received. Actual shipping plus $10 per shipment will be charged to the card on file. Multiple lots will be combined into as few shipments as possible. Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS" with no guarantees of any kind. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine and determine condition to their own satisfaction before they bid. Items may be viewed during regular business hours at the office. Items remaining and with no communication from the buyer will be come property of the auction company and may be resold.
