THIS IS A NEAT OLD WOOD MECHANICAL PENCIL FEATURING "POPEYE". THERE ARE SOME CRACKS IN THE PAINT, BUT GENERALLY NOT BAD. IT MEASURES 10 INCHES LONG. THE PENCIL DOES SEEM TO WORK AND EXTENDS THE LEAD. SEE PHOTO'S
