LIVE AND ONLINE BIDDING. Selling the property of Mr. Bradfield and Mr. Tillery as well as select consignments. Tractors, sawmill, golf cart, 4 wheelers, industrial metal working machinery, 1966 Barracuda, yellow equipment, lumber, 2 shops full of tools and other items!!!
Sale day is Saturday May 21st, 2022. The sale consists of the contents of 2 shops. Session I will begin at 10:00AM EST and includes lots 1-322. Session II will begin no earlier than 3:00PM EST, or following the completion of Session I, and includes lots 2001-2170.

MR. BRADFIELD PURCHASED THIS SMALL FARM IN 1993. HE BUILT 2 PONDS, A POLE BARN AND A SHOP SHORTLY AFTER. MR. BRADFIELD ACQUIRED THE TRACTOR AND IMPLEMENTS TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY AND THEN BOUGHT A SAWMILL TO FULFILL HIS DAYS DURING A LONG DESERVED RETIREMENT. THIS LITTLE FARM IS METICULOUSLY MAINTAINED AS IS HIS EQUIPMENT. IT HAS BEEN AN HONOR TO GET HIS SALE PREPARED AND READY. GOOD LUCK TO ALL BIDDERS.
