Neither the Auctioneer on the Seller will be responsible for the correctness of description, genuineness, authorship, period, origin, condition or authenticity of any item sold. A 3% convenience fee will be added for purchases with credit card. 3. Payment due day of sale: cash, credit card, certified funds or approved check with proper ID. 4. A 6% sales tax will be added to each purchase, unless a resale certificate and/or other exemption for is completed at time of registration. Out of state certificates are accepted. 5. Purchases must be removed by 3:00pm CST; Monday, November 10, 2014. Any remaining property will be deemed abandoned and disposed of immediately, unless prior arrangements have been made. 6. Bidding on merchandise automatically constitutes acceptance of an agreement to these CONDITIONS OF SALE. 7. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, it is the auctioneers' discretion to resolve the dispute or offer the item to be resold. 8. This is a public auction, all persons; including employees of the auction company are eligible to bid on any item in this sale. 9.
