Only Heifer lots (102,103,111,112,120,121,128,136,144,145,159,164,179,184,189) will be conveyed to the buyer. All other livestock will be a money only donation to the student. Box 1151, Madisonville, TX 77864 or by Credit Card (4% Convenience Fee for CC). Credit Card payments will only be accepted until 5/22/2020 at 6pm. Dispositions: 1) FCS Projects & Ag Mechanic Projects - Student will deliver to Buyer 2) Heifer lots (102,103,111,112,120,121,128,136,144,145,159,164,179,184,189) - Student will contact Buyer 3) All Other Livestock (Steer, Poultry, Rabbit, Swine, Sheep, Goat, Other Heifers) - Money Donation to Student (Not purchasing animal) Students will receive their money from Madison County Fair Association. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************** Bidding on projects will be the same this year as it has been in previous years. The Grand Champion projects will set the amount for the Reserve Champion cap.The Reserve Champion projects will set the cap for all other projects remaining on list. No project will be sold for a greater amount than the Reserve Champion project sold before it in same category. Grand Champion has no cap, bid can be unlimited. Example - FCS Sale & Premium Sale Grand Champion: Unlimited Reserve Champion: $1 less than Grand Champion (within same division/species) 3rd: $1 less than Reserve Champion (within same division/species) 4th: $1 less than Reserve Champion (within same division/species) 5th: $1 less than Reserve Champion (within same division/species) And so on....... If during pre-bid, if a project is showing a greater bid amount than the Grand or Reserve Champion (same category), unless that Grand or Reserve Champion surpasses that bid during the live auction, only a lessor bid will be accepted for that project. Example - FCS Sale & Premium Sale The 4th place steer has a pre-bid of $11,000. The Grand Champion steer sells for $7,000 in the live auction, Reserve Champion steer sells for $5,500 in the live auction - the 4th place steer will only sell for $5,499. The buyer is more than welcome to do an ADD-ON for the remaining amount. No item in the Freezer sale is allowed to bring more than the lowest selling item in their division at the Premium Sale We are asking all Parents, Students and Buyers to continue to be patient and please let us know if there is anything we can do help make this as smooth as possible.
