Terms of sale - All assets are offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS, BUYER BEWARE” Seller makes no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages – special, direct, indirect or consequential. - Bidders should satisfy themselves concerning title and condition of the property prior to bidding. Seller cannot guarantee the title to any property. - All sales are final. There are NO refunds. - Property purchased at this tax sale may be subject to liens. The judgments in these cases list the parties included in the tax suit. - Taxes may be due beyond what is listed in the minimum bid amounts and must be paid independently of the bid amount. - Property listed below can be pulled from the list at any time for any reason prior to the close of the sale. - Persons attending during exhibition, sale, or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the Seller from liability therefore - Payment in full is due not later than 24 hours from the time and date of the close of the auction.
