Shipping Instructions: Bidders are required to arrange their own transportation. The auction company will not ship any item purchased online. All items must be picked up from sale site no later than 14 days from sale date. Auction company can assist in loading, but will not ship items. Auction company requires a 24 hour notice before pickup to arrange assistance in loading.
Preview Date & Times: Preview will be May 27 and May 28 from 9:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. and on auction day starting at 7:00 A.M.
Checkout Date & Times: Check out must occur within 24 hours of end of sale. Buyers must contact auction company at 615-325-4597. Auction company is NOT part of the Proxibid payment system & must make contact to collect credit card information.

Driving Directions: From Gallatin-E. Broadway/US 31E toward Westmoreland, left on N. Water Ave, left at red light to stay on N. Water Ave, at 4-way stop, slight right to remain on N. Water Ave that becomes Old Hwy 109 to sale site. From Portland, Hwy 109 to Gallatin, left at caution light onto Old Hwy 109 to sale site.
